You can take the bus at each stop without a reservation.
Where do I buy the tickets?
You can buy the tickets when you get on the bus (tickets can be purchased with cash, credit card, and transit card).
Do I have to buy another ticket when taking another bus?
There are Day Pass and Single Ride Pass for the City Tour Bus. Day Pass holders can ride the bus for unlimited rides during the ticket date,
while Single Ride Pass is good for only one ride, and the passenger must buy another ticket to get on another bus.
What is the interval between the buses?
The downtown course runs every 1 hour and 30 minutes at each stop,
The coastal course runs every hour at each stop,
After sightseeing at each stop you get off at, you can board the next bus.
Do I always have to get on the starting point of the City Tour Bus at Jeju International Airport?
The bus route starts at Jeju International Airport, but passengers can get on and off the Jeju City Tour Bus at any stop
Is there a tour guide on the City Tour Bus?
Interpreters who can speak foreign languages (Chinese, English) are on board, so you can receive introductions and information about the course.
Can I make a group reservation?
Jeju City Tour Bus does not offer a group reservation service.

Jeju City Tour Bus operates on normal schedule in rain or in snow.
What happens if the bus is full?
In case the bus is full, passengers at the bus stop must wait for the next bus. Our buses cannot seat more than their maximum capacity due to safety regulations.
